Victoria Adesanya

Ms. Victoria Olayide Adesanya is a seasoned Finance Professional with over a decade of experience in institutional relationship management, cross-asset derivatives sales (at Credit Suisse), and private banking (at Barclays Wealth). Recently, she made the transatlantic move from London to New York City to assume her current role.

Ms. Adesanya harbors ambitious goals. Her immediate focus is to delve into the intricacies of venture capital, with the ultimate aim of establishing and leading her own VC fund. Her passion lies in championing minority founders on a global scale. Despite her fintech-heavy background, Ms. Adesanya maintains an industry-agnostic perspective, eagerly supporting pre-seed companies seeking funding.

Beyond her corporate roles, Ms. Adesanya contributes to the startup ecosystem. She operates VOA Partners, a consultancy that assists startup businesses without the expense of hiring a full-time COO (Chief Operating Officer). Additionally, she’s the co-founder and head of TrustedNation, a marketplace startup.
